A Darkslay Family Adventure
Bash em monsters with the whole family ARPG.

This game was originally available on the iOS and Android platforms, but we took it down due to control issues that we unfortunately couldn't resolve using the previous codebase we used. We do plan to remake this sometime, possibly in Unity, with better controls and updated gameplay.

In the Prelude, the Darkslays discover that the Destiny Emerald lies hidden within the Tomb of the Old Ones, guarded by sinister traps and forgotten monstrosities. With the hope of the Kingdom riding on their shoulders, the Darkslays venture deep into the Tomb.
  • Gameplay inspired by 80s NES action RPGs such as Legend of Zelda.
  • Play as 4 different family members: Warrior, Mage, Rogue, and Swordsboy, each with unique attacks and abilities. 
  • You will need to use all family members to complete the quest!
  • Find the Five Shards of the Destiny Emerald within a massive dungeon with hundreds of rooms! 
  • Dozens of monsters each with unique attacks and movement patterns. Can you outsmart them all?
  • Break blocks, bomb walls, freeze water, and burn down concealing shrubbery to uncover lots of secrets and treasures!

The Darkslay Family

Zem Darkslay
One of the mightiest warriors ever in the Darkslay line who's performed numerous heroic deeds in his youth. However, even living legends get old. Surprisingly, his teaching abilities may be even better than his fighting.
The powerhouse of the family, Zem can deal massive damage.
Use Zem's Fire Mace to make way where there was no way.

Maya Altair Darkslay
Daughter of the Archmage Jed; graduated top of the class at Wizardry Academy. One of the strongest battle mages of the age. Unfortunately, neither of her children inherited her magical gifts. Or...did they?
Maya clears enemies quickly with her magic, but needs time to recharge.
Finding Maya's Ice Wand will allow her to form ice bridges over water.

Rokas Darkslay
Headstrong and a little reckless, he's focused on stamping out evil and bringing glory to the Darkslay name. Rokas is proficient with the sword and shield. He can also fire Blade Aura from his sword when he has full hearts.
Use Rokas's buckler wisely to parry a variety of projectiles.
Rokas can swing across ravines with his flying claw.

Lilith Darkslay
While not as strong as her brother, this rogue-in-training always has ranged attack with her nasty kunai and knives. She's proficient at picking off monsters from a safe distance. She also moves a little faster than her brother
Lilith's weak but fast daggers can hit enemies from across the room.
Sneak and scout with the Phase Ring to access impossible areas.

The Archmage possesses considerable magical power. His power keeps the Old Ones from awakening, allowing the Darkslay's to seek the Destiny Emerald deep within the Tombs.
